Shanon Ives

Shanon was born and raised in western New York State. She has since enjoyed the warmer climates of coastal Florida, inland North Carolina, the shores of eastern North Carolina, and the DC metro area. She is happy to currently reside in beautiful Wilmington, where she enjoys an active and engaged lifestyle within her family and local community. Along the way she earned a B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Development, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Mount Olive College.

With her experience, work ethic, and natural desire to help people, real estate was a natural choice for Shanon.
